Explanation thresholds ADMIN
Managers always see their complete P&L. This rule decides which lines are
highlighted and required, not what they get to look at.
Dollar threshold
Percent threshold
Percent of the prior month, so 25 means a quarter.
Keeps large moves on large bases and tiny moves on tiny bases off the list. Turning this off means either test alone is enough.
Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operating Income, EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA. Without this, a branch whose profit moved through many small lines gets an empty checklist.
Minimum characters for an answer to count
Shorter than this and the line stays outstanding. Changing it can move lines back to unexplained.
Manage Recon Accounts ADMIN
Edit the canonical balance-sheet account list. Changes apply team-wide and to future close months. Use Deactivate to retire an account without losing its sign-off history.

Manage FP&A Tasks ADMIN
Edit the canonical FP&A task list. Changes apply team-wide and to future periods. Blank owners, frequencies, and due dates from the workbook are intentional; fill them in here as they get decided. In the Due column, a date (YYYY-MM-DD) makes the task one-time; free text is shown as-is. Use Deactivate to retire a task without losing history.
FP&A Access (0)
Only the people listed here (and admins) can see the FP&A tab. The dropdown offers users who have signed up and been approved. A task owner who is not on this list can't view or update their tasks.
Add FP&A Task

Due (optional)
A date makes the task one-time; free text is shown as-is.
